How to request a refund
To cancel your purchase and request a refund, contact myscriptcollector@gmail.com within 14 days.
Order ID required
Include your Order ID beginning with “MSC” in the subject line of your email.
You can find your Order ID on the invoice email you received from My Script Collector Support when you purchased the application.
Refund window
After 14 days of purchase, refunds are not available.
